Algadon is a medieval/fantasy themed multiplayer RPG with all the usual aspects that one has come to expect from an online RPG these days – such as being able to perform quests, battle other human players but also boss monsters, buying and selling, weapons, armors, potions and so on. Algadon has it all – and more.

The storyline takes you back to the beginning a thousand years ago, telling how the world is a turbulent place between the various races. You’ll get updated all the way up to present time (which of course is not 2010, but is the present time within the game).

Algadon has over 16,000 members who enjoy the simple gameplay without having to worry about downloading heavy graphics and such. Algadon is a browser-based game, the one that you get to suck your teeth into. For premium members, there are some additional character classes, i.e. mage, mystic warrior and warrior angel. After registering an account and selecting your character class, you can start exploring the game by exploring the land, perform quests, battle monsters and other ferocious beasts, fight other players, place a bounty on another player, and attempt elite missions.

Algadon is a free browser based game; light loading for those of you with limited computer resources. Creating an account is as simple as selecting a username, password and your email address. You will also need to select the type of player you want to be from a whopping 14 different free character classes. I recommend reading though these different races first, to determine which one best suits your typical style of play, as each character generates gold, energy and hit points at a different rate.
